The first step to improving your mental health is feeling safe and comfortable. This is why I currently offer a free introductory call so we can get to know each other before we get to work. 

I have worked with clients who have: 

  • Prioritised themselves and now experience more happiness in each day rather than relying on external circumstances to feel good

  • Started dating again after years of fear

  • Changed their path and finally experience freedom doing what they love

  • Started their own business and signed new clients in the first month 

My 121 sessions include (but are not limited to):

  • Providing you with tools to make you feel good and enjoy life day-to-day. 

  • Using neuroscience-backed tools and techniques to improve brain function so you can make decisions with a clear mind and tune into what feels right - rather than acting from a place of fear

  • Developing a healthier, more honest relationship with yourself

  • Strategies to get clear on what you need and how to make it happen

  • Daily coaching contact to ensure the shifts happen and you are fully supported. 

Investing in yourself can feel like a big step and sometimes we can question if we are worth it  (reminder - you are the most important thing in your world). My 121 package is a minimum of 12 weeks and I will provide all the options, including payment, within the call.
