This is the perfect session if you’re feeling overwhelmed and frazzled. Lauren uses a range of mindfulness, compassion and coaching techniques so you can enjoy life with more flow and ease. The techniques are backed by neuroscience and help to reduce anxiety, stress and low mood, so you can focus on feeling good.
You’ll be able to use everything you learn in this session at home too.
What to expect:
- Simple and fun brain training practices to improve your awareness
- Learn how to connect your mind and body through movement
- Soothing exercises to calm the nervous system and bring you back to a healthy, rested state
What you need:
- Comfy clothes – there will be gentle movement and bring an extra layer or a blanket for the relaxation practice
- A notepad and pen
